Poetry Challenge Day 340 (Fri Sep 9)
I saw a sign the other day,
it said: “The US Constitution is the law.”
I guess you can’t disagree with that,
the Constitution is the law… by definition.
What strikes me as interesting about this,
is that the sign really doesn’t mean what it says,
what the sign really means is:
“My view of the constitution is the law.”
